He has established excellent executive-level relationships with the leading wired and wireless communication equipment vendors, as well as mobile network operators.

Rao's expertise has earned him a Ph.D. in Wireless Communications from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles. He also studied an M.Tech in Computer Science from the University of Hyderabad and B.E. in Electronics and Communication from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.
