Ridza Salim, a former Chief of Staff at Carousell, has joined Enterprise Singapore (ESG) as Deputy Director (Future Leaders Attraction) at Enterprise Singapore, where she is responsible for ensuring a pipeline of talent for the organization. She has extensive experience in operations, planning, change management, and economic diplomacy, with a global perspective on how economies work and on the challenges faced by Singapore enterprises in building capabilities and internationalizing. Salim holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (First Class Honours) in Communications & New Media and Technology Entrepreneurship, with NOC Silicon Valley Batch 16 and Stanford University credits.

Salim spent five years at Carousell, an online marketplace, and worked in several management roles, including Chief of Staff, where she supported the CEO and management team. Before joining Carousell, Salim worked for the Singapore Ministry of Trade and Industry, managing policies related to Singapore's entrepreneurship, and developed a global lens on how economies cooperated with each other.

Outside of work, Salim likes exploring heritage sites, trekking in nature parks, and experimenting with new kettlebell exercise routines at the gym.
