Caronne Carruthers-Taylor is a highly experienced Human Centred Design Strategist, Senior Service Designer, and UX Researcher with a passion for improving and satisfying user experiences. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Caronne brings expertise in user research, service design, customer experience design, inclusive design, and design thinking. Caronne has a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, Writing, Literature from the University of Canberra and a Masters in Management and Organizational Leadership from The Australian National University. Over the years, Caronne has worked for a variety of organizations such as the University of Technology Sydney, iCognition, Westpac Group, TEDxCanberra, and ThinkPlace Global. Throughout her career, Caronne has specialized in human centered design, service design, UX, customer and user research, ideation, design facilitation, UCD and solution design. Caronne is a certified facilitator for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and has worked in both private and government organizations in Australia.
