- Managing a program of dairy renewable natural gas (RNG) projects in development concurrently across the Midwest and Northeast USA. Responsible for all non-technical aspects for the strategic delivery of the portfolio, working with multiple OEMs and vendors across multiple phases of each project.
-  Built dedicated tools and systems for reporting and tracking of project execution for the company’s primary investor, a major utility company. Prepared bi-weekly and ad hoc presentations for the investor’s management team and Board of Directors.
-  Developed an internal risk assessment process and facilitated workshops with project managers at the inception of design, 30% design, 70% design and final design stages.
-  Led marketing efforts including the development of the company’s new website, strategic partnerships, and print ad campaigns.
-  Researched, selected and implemented new technologies including Procore. REV is one of the first companies to utilize Procore for renewable energy development.
-  Implemented a hiring process to screen and interview new candidates who align with the company’s culture and add value to the company’s growth plans.

-  Winner of the Caribbean Pivot Moonshot competition sponsored by Inter-American Development Bank for a proposed solar-to-hydrogen clean energy distribution system using vehicles on remote islands.

-  Generated $2M in consulting fees across 11 major project engagements.
-  Led a team of 5 including subject matter experts, engineers, data scientists and support staff to
deliver a range of consulting services to the Port of Long Beach over six years.

Key projects included:
-  Built the business case for Dominion Energy (Fortune 250) to enter a $1B market with expected return of 13% IRR. Led a team of five analysts to define the market opportunity, providing benchmarking, economic modeling, operational planning, and commercial outreach. Provided a 20-year financial plan and strategic roadmap which resulted in executive management’s approval for the project to proceed.
-  Executed 15 risk assessments for over $1B in capital projects at the Port of Long Beach over six years. Designed the Port’s risk assessment process and led multiple teams to facilitate workshops, implement customized risk models and present recommendations, resulting in major planning and design changes for five projects.
-  Developed the market feasibility assessment and a 25-year econometric forecast resulting in green light for a $300M container terminal at the Port of Quebec.
-  Produced the business plan and operating plan to deliver 15% ROI for the proposed merger of two of the largest ports in Colombia with combined 10M tons in imports.
