Kinga Kropp is a highly educated and experienced Organizational Psychologist, hailing from Germany. She began her academic journey by studying Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology from the renowned Universität Mannheim. After completing her undergraduate degree, she went on to study Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Organizational Psychology from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
Throughout her academic journey, Kinga took up a number of internships and working opportunities with big names such as Robert Bosch GmbH, Google, Arcadis, and BASF. She gained experience in several domains like staffing services, training and development, employee surveys, and aptitude diagnostics. Her last role was as a Staffing Channels Specialist at Google, where she was responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent through innovative channels.
Kinga has extensive experience in the areas of human resources, staffing, recruitment, and employee surveys. She has practical expertise in designing and implementing staffing solutions, employee training, and development programs, and conducting elaborate employee surveys. In addition to her professional skills, she is deeply interested in the field of Organizational Psychology and has a keen eye for research and analysis.
