Dorothy Kuhn, also known as The Texas Conflict Tamer™, is an experienced mentor, advisor, and trainer who helps women and companies improve staff engagement, satisfaction, and effectiveness. With extensive experience in project management and process optimization, Kuhn has served a broad range of industries, including military, telecommunications, financial, construction, distribution, government, education, and religious organizations.

Kuhn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Texas at Arlington and studied for her Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating on Systems Engineering, Economics, and Physics at the University of Texas at Dallas. She has chaired the HerStory Women's Global Empowerment Conference DFW and is a former Women’s Leadership Development Mentor at The Successibles. Kuhn has also held various senior positions at companies such as Bank of America Home Loans, Penson Financial Services, PepsiCo, and Verizon.
