Global Visual Merchandising Manager

As the Global Fixtures and Display Manager I was responsible for the entire visual merchandising department domestically and internationally.  I would manage overhauls, seasonal updates, and any merchandising needs to be executed in the brand's voice.

- Manage visual merchandising strategy for all Too Faced Retailers including Sephora, Sephora in JC Penney, Ulta, Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Beauty Brands, Boutiques, Sephora Europe, Boots, Mecca, Sephora Southeast Asia, and Distributors
- Build and manage relationships with vendors to effectively create and communicate brand visual merchandising strategies, i.e.: Array Marketing & Preferred Display Inc
- Work with Sales Directors on retailer's product focuses to increase sales
- Created specific assortments per retailer per footprint
- Negotiate costs with vendors to make sure fixtures remain under budget
- Problem solve any issues to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate and facilitate the shipping and arrival of fixtures to each door

At Sephora I was a part of the Private Label department, in this department we did not have an assistant buyer therefore I assisted the Merchant on many of the Assistant Buyer responsibilities.  I was able to obtain skills in buying, visual merchandising and store operations.

- Build and maintain relationships with fixtures vendors to successfully create fixtures to highlight new items and best sellers
- Effectively communicate with distribution center and vendors to manage special projects for kitting and 3rd party retailers like HSN and QVC
