Stephanie Choo is an accomplished early-stage investor at Portage Ventures, managing assets of $3 billion. She believes in investing in innovative founders and has requisite knowledge in the fintech industry. Stephanie has explored various themes in fintech, crypto, insurtech, and embedded infrastructure, and believes that these spaces will soon converge. Prior to her role at Portage Ventures, Stephanie helped launch a digital wealth manager that today boasts over two million clients. Her other experiences include working with large financial institutions and leading business development and operations for an early-stage payments start-up. Outside of work, Stephanie loves to explore new restaurants and cities, enjoy live music, or go on actual portages.
