- Manage the Regional Sales Director, Account Executives and Education Managers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
-  Develop and work with Regional and Account Executives on regions annual sales budget objectives to maximize sell thru.
-  Responsible for the sell-in and sell-thru of Dior beauty and fragrances at Macys, Saks, Bloomingdales and Lord & Taylor accounts on a national level.
-  Forecast and work with Dior Planning Executives by account on net shipments, ensuring overall corporate sell-in and retail budgets are achieved.
-  Develop and communicate to the field sales organization retailer specific promotions and objectives.
-  Work with Dior Marketing/Education teams to develop retailer specific programs to grow market share and achieve retail sales budgets.
-  Review and negotiate with retail partners, space and location and staffing needs nationally.
-  Manage all co-op budgets and advertising, visual calendars, events and promotions with each retail partner.
