Fuat Ulugay is a highly experienced and skilled Site Reliability Engineering Manager with a solid career in IT management and development spanning 21 years. He has extensive knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, including Linux and Windows administration, as well as information security. He has developed commercially viable applications, such as property and rental management, cloud management applications, and export management systems for companies, among others. He is the author of two published books: Learning Puppet for Windows Server and Introduction to Penetration Testing in Turkish. He has also spoken at NATO Center of Excellence Defense Against Terrorism (COE-DAT) training sessions.

Fuat studied Mathematics at Maltepe Military High School. He later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi. He has held several leadership positions in various organizations, including IT Director at Bezmi Alem University, IT Director at SOCAR Türkiye, and Software Engineering Manager at Monitor Software Development & Security Consulting and SkyAtlas. Currently, he works as a Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Trilogy.
