Filip Smet is an accomplished business professional with a diverse background in IT and entrepreneurship. As the CEO of Road21, he leads a group of 20+ companies and 100+ experts in the field to provide venture capital funding, tech resources, and support for startups. Filip has honed his skills through numerous educational programs including an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School, an IT Management Executive Program from Solvay Brussels School, and a Master of Science in Business Engineering from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. He has also studied at universities in London, South Korea, and Finland.

Prior to his current role, Filip founded or served as a partner in companies such as Stretch_innovation, Dynamitt, Rond.io, Noah-Retail, and Lemon Companies. He has also worked as a mentor for startups at The Birdhouse and as a business analyst for IBM and L'Oréal. Additionally, Filip is experienced in digital marketing, economics, finance, and renewables.
