Dana Wei is a professional with a strong background in account management and customer success.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, as well as having studied at Richmond, The American International University in London.
Currently, Dana is the Manager of Account Management & Customer Success at Lever. Prior to this role, Dana held various positions within Lever, including Team Lead and Senior Account Manager.
Before joining Lever, Dana worked as an Enterprise Account Manager at Singular and in various roles at Okta, Inc., where she served as an Account Manager in the Mid-Market segment, an Account Executive in Emerging Markets, and a Sales Development Representative.
Dana's early career includes experience as an Account Management Associate focusing on Key Accounts at CEB, now known as Gartner.
