Activities covered : sourincing strategy & tenders, project methodology & delivery, quality & testing strategy ... project covered: Service station  IS (PointOfSales Telecom...) renewal, CRM for cards, new business lines IS. Agile at scale experimentations

IT manager: projects

Responsible of the daily operations of the IT in the service stations (Point Of Sales, card payments, automated terminals...). Main missions:- Management of international support teams for more than 5500 service stations- Coordination of the delivery of technical projects (PC, telecoms, security upgrades...) - Lead of the international tender for merging the different levels IT support in services stations (call center, service desk, field interventions, management of  the ITIL processes related to operations,  engineering)

IT Manager, service stations operation

Main mission: Single Point Of Contact – Ensure the coordination for all services and deliveries of Template (SAP) Competency Center for Africa and Middle East (40+ affiliates).

Single Point of Contact - IT coordinator (SAP)

Main mission: Coordination of all deliveries of the IT production division for Cards domain, with critical IS applications for daily business run.

IT manager, Responsible for Monetics/Cards Information System Production,

Responsible of SAP technical deployments: planning, conception of solutions, deployment, go-live, follow-up and long run preparation.

Project manager for SAP technical (basis) deployments

Development of a non-invasive method to detect bone fractures

Master Assignment,

Responsible of the operational, financial and administrative follow-up of the oils product deals negotiated by the traders (shipments or pipe transfers). Drawing contracts, pricing calculations. Daily use of SAP.
