He has held several key roles at Unilever, including VP Beauty & Personal Care for the UK&I, Global Brand Vice President for TRESemmé and Styling, Global Brand Director for TRESemmé, Brand Development Director for Suave in North America, and Senior Brand Development Manager for Axe/Lynx in both North America and the EU.

Prior to his tenure at Unilever, Chris gained valuable experience at L'Oréal, where he served as an International Brand Manager for Garnier, held various Brand Management roles, and started his career as a Management Trainee.
