Gary Gauba is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in executive management. He has a remarkable ability to build sustainable brands through visionary leadership, business acumen and strong execution. Gauba's passion for entrepreneurship led him to bootstrap and self-fund three companies over the past two decades, Cognilytics, Systech and Softline. Cognilytics, which he founded and served as Chairman & CEO, was one of the first companies globally to focus its whole strategy around big data, machine learning, and AI and was acquired by CenturyLink in 2014. Similarly, Softline was ranked as the second fastest-growing company in the U.S.A. by Entrepreneur Magazine in 1997 and later acquired by KPMG.

Gauba is currently the Founder & Managing Director of The CXO Fund, a platform aimed at curating the next set of disruptive companies. Its LPs are a diverse group of over 100 CXOs that are predominantly current and former senior executives from Fortune 500 Companies. He is also the Founder & Exec Chairman of TruU, whose mission is Global Singular Trusted Identity. Furthermore, Gauba plays an active role in shaping the society we live in. He has been deeply engaged as Co-Chair of NextGen, a non-profit whose mission is to educate underprivileged, underrepresented youth with diverse talent in Cyber Security and ensures secure job placements.

Gauba's educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat University. Apart from entrepreneurship, Gauba's other passion includes food and fine wine, golf, and powerlifting. He is a major stakeholder in SF's first Michelin 3-star restaurant- Saison- and is a supporter of several charitable organizations including El's for Autism, Special Olympics, and Gen Youth Foundation.
