Martin has a Master's in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School. He blends practical experience and academic knowledge to provide expertise to boards, CXOs, and the press on inventing digital customer-centric business models, business building, and bottom-line improvement. Martin is also experienced in organizational design and transformation programs for professional services, finance sectors, and public transport energy. Martin currently serves as a Partner at PA Consulting, where he provides executive advisory services to boards and CXOs, leads reviews/health checks, and builds organizational capability in selecting and executing project portfolios.
