Oksana Zavoyko is a successful entrepreneur, start-up builder, and innovation enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently based in San Francisco, Zavoyko is the founder of Elin.ai, which leverages data-driven insights to help companies build a more connected and productive company culture. Prior to Elin.ai, Zavoyko founded and led Prodigi, Ukraine's most profitable creative digital agency. She has also worked with respected organizations such as AIESEC, Grey Group, and Profeo Sp. z.o.o, a Polish social networking site for business people, amongst others.

In addition to her experience running businesses, Zavoyko has over 400 hours of training in conflict resolution and certification as Gestalt Therapist from the Moscow Gestalt Institute. Her diverse skill set also includes being a Reiki master and a practitioner of Vipassana.
