Runy Pswarayi is an experienced solution marketer and designer who has worked with various organizations focusing on improving family engagement and attendance in service of elevating student outcomes. With a degree in economics from the University of Zimbabwe and further studies in MIS, Information Systems from Strayer University-Maryland, Runy is well equipped to work with educational systems to bring together the critical components of student and family engagement. Runy has worked in various roles such as Co-Founder & Design Lead at Dwala Digital Design, Creative Director and Designer at Kinvolved, and as a photographer and graphic designer in his early career. Before joining PowerSchool, Runy also worked at Manifesto Communications and The Africa Society as Associate Designer and Graphic Designer, respectively. His experience in diverse industries allows him to approach problems differently and provide unique solutions.
