Brian McDermott is a seasoned partner at GrowthWorks Inc. who has been helping leaders and teams formulate and execute strategies for over two decades. He believes that every team is filled with wisdom and his job is to help them lever their time, resources, and energy effectively. Brian has an expertise in strategic planning, change management, innovation, and team building that he uses to help teams generate novel ideas, make better and faster decisions, and implement action plans, leading to a high level of team engagement and commitment.

Brian obtained his degree in Journalism from Marquette University before starting his career as an Editor at Lakewood Publications. He now uses his communication skills to be the Chief Storyteller at GrowthWorks Inc. Brian is passionate about working with leaders who believe in the talent and energy of their team members and are committed to engaging them in meaningful and consequential projects.
