Bill Shook is a business consultant and pioneer known for providing marketing and strategic information for hundreds of projects that focus on US European and Asian business. He has been helping US companies since 1982, arranging high-level business and investment delegations to the USA, Europe, and Asia. Shook has provided Europe and Asia marketing information services to many of the world’s top 100 companies, including Forbes "World’s Biggest Public Companies 2016 Ranking." He provided marketing and business advice to hundreds of companies, including AT&T, IBM, Ford, General Electric, Costco/Price Club, FedEx, UPS, Honda, and more.

Shook has studied Sociology, Philosophy, and International Culture, among other things, at several colleges and institutions. He founded Bill Shook International Business Consulting and SHOOK International Business Development and served as President of SHOOK International Business Development. Shook is also Techonology Advisor at Blockchain Ten and former Asia Development Partner at Fisherman's Market & Grill. He has served as China Marketing Advisor at The World Bank and China Marketing at Ford Motor Company, IBM, and GE.

Shook has been a Director, Consultant, and Exclusive License holder at several companies and institutions, including ICBC (Asia), Hilton Worldwide, US exports to the Aviation Industry Corporation of China, China National Machinery & Equipment Import Export Corp, and more. He was also Designer at Bill Shook Jewelry Manufacturing.
