- Created retail efficiencies with our sport alliances in 2019 that resulted in a sku reduction of 43% and reduced cancelled skus by 89% that saved the company an estimated $3 million dollars from prior year

Associate Marketing Manager-Sales Activation

- Lead six sales reps across Illinois in selling strategies and achieving annual sales growth and strong retail execution
- Promoted four people on my team to new roles which resulted in on-boarding three new sales reps in under two years

- Drove volume and distribution by developing and executing key Wisconsin alliance programming through the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Milwaukee Admirals, Summerfest, Marquette University and the Green Bay Packers
- Received the 2015 Great Lakes Sales Representative of the Year award by implementing innovative Building with Beer selling presentations and exceeded my 2015 volume goal by 5% and distribution goal by 45 points of distribution
- Instrumental in developing and leading Building with Beer trainings. Actively sought out by DSMs to help train their distributors on Building with Beer. Worked with key leaders at Milwaukee, Madison, Stevens Point, and Green Bay distributorships
