With a rich history of leadership roles, Jos Koopman has served in various capacities, including as the Business Unit Director Ruminants at ForFarmers, Strategy, change & innovation at The Royal Barenbrug Group, Managing Director at CRV Western Europe, and Managing Director at CRV AmBreed NZ. He has also held positions at CRV Holding BV, CAG GmbH, and KI Oost, Zuid-Oost Genetics, Holland Genetics.

Currently, Jos is the Owner of Agimotion, showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and expertise in the agriculture sector. His educational background in advanced strategic management and practical experience in managing breeding programs reflect his strong strategic acumen and operational skills.
