Chris Waldner is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in executing digital innovation and building high-performance teams. He is the CEO and founder of VetStage, a leading platform for veterinarians, veterinary assistants, and animal health experts in D-A-CH. Chris brings together his business acumen with his passion for animal health to enable a positive future for the industry by improving dialogue, transparency, and digitalization between employers and employees. His platform supports sustainable recruitment and employee management by providing personalised support to clients from HR and marketing to training and development.

Chris studied business informatics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, received a scholarship from the Foundation of the German Economy, and also studied project management at Stanford University. He mentors start-ups at the Founder Institute and has previously served as an advisor for Munich Re (Group) and getkickbox.com. He is also the former founder of multiple ventures, including petify, Tierheimhelden, and Deine Tierversicherung, which is now Allianz Group.
