Oversee all organizational programming. Lead a 12-person staff (some paid some volunteer), including members of committees for finance, administration, facilities, and staff oversight. Create unified messaging on email, website, and social media channels. Key achievements:

-  Revised stewardship culture and grew the annual budget
-  Led the brand development visioning process: facilitated open stakeholder meetings and organization-wide surveys to identify core values and 10-year vision, then created a new digital marketing strategy, logo, website, social media presence, podcast, and brand identity
-  Pivoted to virtual operations in 2020 to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols
-  Coordinated mission and outreach operations, including designating the church as an emergency food distribution site for nine months during the pandemic, as a partnership with Western Regional Food Security Action Group (part of Wake County Human Services)
-  Led a successful capital campaign, then led the church through a sanctuary renovation project involving building churchwide consensus, securing temporary accommodations, and managing capital financing

North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church

Lead Pastor – Holly Springs United Methodist Church

Led a regional consulting firm with five branch offices and 70 employees. Oversaw marketing, service oversight, new business development, personnel management, and finance. Co-developed a new corporate strategic plan for long-term growth and sustainability that enabled the division to consistently generate strong revenue and achieve profitability.

CDG Engineers & Associates, Inc.

Vice President of Engineering and Transportation Lead

Opened a new engineering office in Hoover, AL. Worked closely with marketing and sales groups to retain existing clients and attract new clients. Secured new business and advocated for funding by connecting with public employees and elected officials on the local, state, and federal levels.

Branch Manager and Transportation Lead

Co-managed two branch offices in Alabama and Georgia, primarily serving government and public clients. Project-managed signature public projects, including the Birmingham Airport expansion, I-20 HOV lanes in Atlanta, and I-459/Hwy 280 urban interchange redesign.
