Gianni Bianchi has over 20 years of experience in the web industry and is the Founder and CEO of Sintra Digital Business. He specializes in digital innovation and omnichannel e-commerce, working with fashion, pharmaceutical, and transportation companies to help them with digital transformation and improve their customers' experiences.

Bianchi has a Master's degree in Innovation Strategy and Digital Transformation from 24ORE Business School, a Master's degree in Internet Marketing Executive Program from SDA Bocconi, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Florence. He also holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business, Marketing, and International Sales from the University of Wales, and an MA in Marketing from the same institution.

Bianchi has published a chapter on web marketing in the book "Fashion online" by Franco Angeli-Polimoda in 2003. He has also conducted research and development with students and researchers from the University of Florence and Siena, and has held seminars at universities including SDA Bocconi Milano and the University of Siena.
