Dane Macdonell is a passionate and driven individual with a background in collegiate athletics and coaching. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Kalamazoo College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He also studied French Language and European Integration at Univesité de Strasbourg. Dane has specialized experience in training, leadership, consulting, and talent-based assessments. He has served as a People Business Partner at Lyft, a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Tesla, and a Regional Manager at HUMANeX Ventures. Dane's diverse work experience includes coaching and training the men's soccer team and varsity boys' hockey team. He has also worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at HUMANeX Ventures and as a sports management intern at NCSA Athletic Recruiting.
