Cathie Hall

Cathie Hall is a passionate, determined, and committed professional with extensive experience in customer experience, operations, and business management. She brings her passion for delivering exceptional product experiences to her role as SVP Product Experience at IFS, where she supports challengers in their industries at the forefront of innovation and digitization. Cathie is a Lancaster University graduate with a BBA in Business Administration and a Distinction MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School.

She started her professional journey as a Clerical at Emslie Phelps before moving on to become a Group IT Manager at Halls Beeline and an IT Systems Project Manager at UECC. Cathie continued her career growth as a consultant and owner of Gradient Consulting before holding top positions in prominent organizations such as K3 Syspro Limited and SYSPRO Europe. Her most recent role was Managing Director Customer Experience & Operations at GBG Plc, a role she held before joining IFS.

Besides her professional work, Cathie enjoys spending her free time with her three boys, ultra-running, and being a part of the Scout Association and motorbikes community.
