UX lead and design lead on new version of Capture / Min sky for iOS and Android. Cloud storage service with 1.9 million users, live in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Serbia, Montenegro, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar and Pakistan. New version is Planned for international soft launch Q1 2017 for Android and web.

Whilst working for Capture, my main responsibilities were to follow up on all tasks related to UX and UI design, and later produkt manager . By designing processes and production processes across teams, I master both lead methodology and agile. At the same time following the principles of lean, I am heavily invested in user testing and building prototypes, creating user stories and user journeys and validating problems. Being the design guild leader for Telenor Digital, I am also responsible for hiring and recruiting design resources in Telenor Digital.

Strong mentoring skills, and experienced working a senior role in cross functional teams, development, marketing and business.

Tech savvy design lead with a keen eye for details. Know my way around the field from paper til pixel, and fluent in Lean Startup methodology and Agile production methods.
