Aziz Dehkan
Aziz Dehkan is a Rutgers University alumna who has accomplished an impressive array of diverse roles, spanning from top-level leadership in fundraising to eco-friendly farming. Before completing his GED at Blair Academy, the ever-driven Aziz Dehkan began his professional career as an Environmental Services Senior Account Representative at Onyx Environmental Services. From there, he stayed within the environmental industry and served as EWMA's transport and disposal manager. Aziz then pivoted to sales, serving as Regional Manager at Transcycle Industries.

Aziz's strategic fundraising approach impressed nonprofit boards, prompting his appointment as Director of Development at the Coalition for the Homeless and held several positions after that one.
Aziz Dehkan established his eco-conscious credentials further as Owner of Dehkan Farms and as the former Executive Director of the NYC Community Garden Coalition, overseeing the development of over 400 urban gardens. These experiences prepared him to become the Director of Philanthropy at Compassion & Choices and subsequently the Executive Vice President of Fund Development at STRIVE. Prior to joining the NYC Community Garden Coalition, he served as a Major Gift Officer and oversaw a capital campaign for Mother Jones.
