Mark Neace is a native Texan and entrepreneur who has thrived in the film, Scouting, Rotary, and golf communities. He is currently the CEO and Creative Director of SyncLab Media, LLC, which he founded in 2008. The company provides leading video marketing and consulting services, including video-centric marketing strategies and virtual sales processes. Mark's background in video production and content creation includes network commercials, broadcast television, feature films, corporate and live events, and online content.

Beyond his video production company, Mark is also the Owner/President of Caddie Club LLC, a premium provider of on-demand golf caddie services in North Texas. He has helped to raise millions of dollars for local charity organizations through his golf events and has provided hundreds of golf industry job opportunities. Mark continues to be an active member of the Boy Scouts of America, serving as an Assistant Scoutmaster and District Commissioner in Circle 10 Council.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a General Studies high school diploma from Lewisville High. He has also served as the Director of Television at Dove Media Group, the Asst Director of Media Education at Dallas Community Television, and owned KEYimage Media Solutions and worked as a freelance director, DP, producer, camera operator and video editor.
