Henry Swan is a Chartered Professional Engineer with vast experience in project management in the transport, rail, property, and maritime and aviation industries. He has overseen various stages of projects from strategic planning, feasibility, concept, detailed design and construction. With his exceptional skill set, Henry has led a team of engineers and designers to deliver successful projects across different sectors. This includes his current role as NSW Client Relationship Manager for Downer, a construction partner with WSP on numerous projects.

Henry has a great educational background, including a course in Aircraft Operation and Aviation Theory, Basic Aeronautical Knowledge at Hornsby Tafe, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, among others.

Moreover, Henry leads the NSW Company RAP champion, a team aimed at increasing contribution and engagement with indigenous reconciliation throughout the company and its projects. With his experience and skills in the industry, Henry has worked with notable organizations like WSP Australia, Cardno, and Roads and Maritime Services in different capacities such as Associate Engineer - Utilities & CSR and Senior Utilities Engineer.
