• Introduced Quality Gates and QA Process into traditional Development team.
• Learned the Hospitality CRM product and the technical architecture behind DB and frontend UI, various API testing tools SoapUI, Postman and Cross-Browser testing like Return Path and applied.
• When company moved from Waterfall delivery to Scrum, able to quickly define a QA process to fit into Scrum Sprints and trained QA team members to actively be part of Development team in Scrum.
