Ludovic Isautier, a graduate from Curtin University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in Commerce with majors in Finance and Accounting, has been awarded the Tax Institute Prize for Best Graduating Student in the Master of Taxation upon his completion in the same university. His educational background also includes the study of Leadership Principles and Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School online.

Isautier gained his professional experience in the field of taxation by serving various roles such as Senior Tax Accountant, Senior Tax Consultant, and Tax Consultant at PKF lawler, Advisor for Tax Consulting at Findex, and most recently Manager for PKF Perth. He also worked as an Intermediate Tax Accountant and Graduate Tax Accountant at Bentleys WA, as well as a Tax Accountant for K D Johns & Co. Throughout his career, Isautier has been involved in various organizations such as the Alliance Française de Perth and has served as the Treasurer and Committee Member of the organization. He has also been a State Councillor for the French-Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry's WA Chapter.
