He then moved on to Siemens Enterprise Communications, where he worked as an IT Application Center Manager and a project manager for global ERP SAP rollout. Later, he joined SAP as a program manager and progressed through various positions in consulting, sales, support, and development, where he exhibited skills in strategic and operational leadership, crisis management, team building, skill development, performance management, and customer success. Born has worked with clients from various industries, including Retail, Telecommunication, Media, IT, and Related Services, in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. Born is a passionate solution provider who aims to solve complex problems using innovative approaches. Besides his work, he likes to indulge in golf, wine, and aviation.
