Jon Sheard is a former Captain of the Coldstream Guards with 27 years of experience in leadership and management. His successful military career included operational service in places like Iraq, Bosnia, Afghanistan, and N. Ireland. Apart from his decorated military career, Sheard has also worked in different civilian roles such as sales and marketing director of The London Dating Club and as the CEO & co-founder of JRS Publishing. Despite his various professional roles, Sheard has always been passionate about fitness and health since his military days. He is an expert in preparing diet and exercise plans, and has completed several physical endurance events to push his physical and mental boundaries. Sheard understands well how to challenge and motivate people to push their limits.
