Performed construction estimating, cost analysis, feasibility studies, and project budgeting for healthcare projects. Drafted project proposals. Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients to insure future bussiness. Worked closely with all stakeholders to efficiently resolve obstacles.  
Outlined and initiated a plan to migrate office to Autodesk Revit, established teaching guide for staff.  Facilitated a method to reduce paper consumption in office by creating an electronic vendor and material library and a PDF submittal review cover sheet. Developed an annual purge procedure for project files and dead files.

Assisted owners with balancing budget constraints with project goals. Communicated to the contractor the owner’s expectations of quality, aesthetics and time.  Assisted with material selection, work inspection, and bidding for multiple projects running concurrently.

Self-motivated and responsible for completing the task within the allotted time frame. Met with stakeholders of multi-family housing projects to discuss scheduling, review drawing, and specs. Developed an index system of construction details to improve drawing efficiency. Implemented a rendering template to develop colored elevations and perspectives more quickly via Photoshop.
