Karen has worked in various organizations such as Csx, University of Phoenix, Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Jacksonville Job Corps, Levy Restaurants, and United States Air Force. In her role as Fleet Manager at Csx, she exhibits her expertise in operations, management, and Six Sigma methodologies. Her previous positions as Terminal Improvement, Faculty Instructor, Six Sigma Black Belt, Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Vocational Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Personnel Manager honed her leadership and people management skills.
