Peter Shafran is a music promoter, producer, and Executive Producer of River Spirit Music, LLC. He is dedicated to bringing emerging artists to new audiences, with over 10 years of experience in the music industry. A graduate of Yeshivah of Flatbush High School, Peter earned a BA in Psychology from Binghamton University and a JD from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He has also served in various roles such as Director at Musae, Co-Director at Tribes Hill Music Festival, and Chief Executive Officer at 360 Entertainment and Productions. Furthermore, Peter is the Founder of LAW OFFICES OF PETER W. SHAFRAN, LLC, and Partner at Hankin, Hanig, Stall & Shafran.

Peter has launched successful music events like the River Spirit Music & Arts Festival and the Waterfront Concert Series in Hastings-on-Hudson, NY. In his free time, he and his wife host a monthly music concert series in their home, with artists coming from the US and Canada. Peter has also curated the Live@theUpstream Concert Series at the Upstream Gallery in Hastings-on-Hudson, and he presents shows at Andrus on Hudson and Tarrytown Music Hall.
