Victor Braga is an innovator and entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in finance, corporate management, and consulting. Victor's career background includes working extensively in controlership and M&A consulting, where he optimized processes, developed internal controls, conducted due diligence and turnaround projects. He has also worked on post-deal integration projects. Along with his corporate experience, Victor has developed consulting projects for SMEs and planned new business ventures, including startups, in various industries. Victor's education includes a Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the University of São Paulo, where he conducted research in corporate governance and risk management. He also has several specializations in accounting, finance, and investment banking.

Victor is a co-founder of Pluggy, a startup, and has previously co-founded Legal360 and Experiza. He is also an entrepreneur at Prisme Desenvolvimento. Victor's professional experience also includes working as a Senior Associate at PwC Brasil, as well as an analyst in controlership and cash management at Bradesco and FOSS, respectively.
