Viktoria Baklanova, CFA, PRM, PhD is a highly educated and experienced financial professional. Baklanova has held various roles across multiple organizations: she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as Counterparty Credit Risk Oversight; at the Office of Financial Research within the U.S. Department of Treasury as Senior Financial Analyst and Acting Associate Director; at Acacia Capital as the Chief Credit Officer; at Fitch Ratings as Senior Director; and at Moody's Corporation as Assistant Vice President - Analyst.
