Roseane [Rose] Ramos is a seasoned business transformation professional with over 13 years of experience across different organizational functions and sectors. She has a proven track record of driving and implementing bold strategic initiatives during cultural shifts, business repositioning, and digital transformation phases. Rose is a results-oriented and creative leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, combining vision, practical implementation, and strong business acumen.

Rose studied Food Engineering at Universidade Estadual de Campinas and later completed the Executive MBA program at IESE Business School - University of Navarra. She also holds several certificates in Angel Investment, Marketing, Operational Finances Management, and Continuous Improvement - Six Sigma from esteemed institutions such as Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura, Ohio University, and Fundação Vanzolini, among others.

Rose's professional journey includes working in various positions at companies such as Natura, PepsiCo, EMPRESE, and Agência Sabiá. She also co-founded iAngels Brasil and served as Principal – Managing Director at Talk to Walk before becoming a Board Advisor at Agência Sabiá.

Throughout her career, Rose has served on various boards, including UniAngels and Unicamp Ventures, and has mentored startups and entrepreneurs. Her areas of expertise include agile and waterfall project management, change management, effective leadership, IT strategy and processes, strategic planning, and operations management.
