Srinidhi Shama Rao is a seasoned management consultant and big data analytics professional with over 16 years of experience helping Fortune 500 companies make better decisions through advanced analytics, big data, design thinking, system dynamics, game theory, and other cutting-edge tools and techniques. He has led teams of over 300 decision scientists, managed revenues of over $30 million, and worked across industry verticals, including retail, e-commerce, technology, telecom, airlines, insurance, and pharma. His functional expertise spans marketing, pricing, supply chain and logistics, strategy, and marketing finance.

Srinidhi is deeply passionate about the science and art of decision-making and is dedicated to helping companies build sustainable and scalable analytics practices from the ground up. He is an MBA graduate from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and has studied supply chain management and mechanical engineering at APICS and the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, respectively.

Currently, Srinidhi is a Senior Partner at TheMathCompany and a former angel investor at Inflection Point Ventures. He has also served as a member of the board at Nexiot Foundation – Smart Projects & Sustainability and held leadership positions at Mu Sigma, Project Performance Corporation, Otis Elevator, and Tata Consultancy Services, where he gained experience in project management, IT, analytics, supply chain and logistics, and customer support.
