Shawn de Souza Caldas is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of executive and strategic leadership experience in all aspects of strategic change management and corporate development. Holding a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Caldas has a track record of leading large project teams within multiple countries to spearhead corporate change efforts with full autonomy. With strengths in working in turnaround and start-up environments, Caldas has experience in efficiency and strategic growth aiming at global training development and facilitation, talent and resource planning, and legal compliance.

As the COO and Controller at Georgia Cornerstone & de Souza Properties, Inc., Caldas has been responsible for managing corporate and client communications, large-scale training efforts, and all aspects of corporate communication support. Additionally, Caldas served as the Director of HR Development at InterCept, Regional Human Resources at National Linen Service, Operations and Training Management at United Parcel Service, and Corporate Recruiter at North Highland, among others.

Outside of work, Caldas coaches her son's soccer team and is actively involved in several community and volunteer organizations. She serves as a volunteer counselor for disadvantaged women in North Georgia.
