She is the founder of IBM Garage, an agile consulting firm that has expanded globally and has now evolved into Client Engineering. With a strong focus on design thinking, lean, devOps, and agile practices, she has established a cross-disciplinary squad-based approach to help clients realize the full value of IBM's technologies. Rachel's expertise extends to technical talent development, certification and promotion programs, enablement programs, award programs, and direct mentoring. She is widely recognized for her leadership skills and her ability to drive adoption of new approaches and methodologies across large organizations. Rachel is also an active supporter of technical vitality programs and international travel.
