Adrika "Adri" Lazarus is a highly skilled diversity, equity, and inclusion professional with a focus on IDEAS (inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and social justice). As a woman of color, LGBTQ+ person, and a first-generation Bangladeshi-American, Adrika's personal experiences have informed her work in helping corporations, tech, financial, education, and non-profit sectors become more inclusive and equitable. With over 3,000 hours of training and facilitation and 1,700 hours of conflict mediation and resolution, Adrika has developed expertise in anti-racism, bias, allyship, inclusive hiring, LGBTQ+ experiences, Inclusive leadership, accessibility, equitable hybrid work, and multicultural competence. Adrika has also served as an AmeriCorps mediator in a prison re-entry program in Maryland and has worked on issues such as anti-Black racism, mass incarceration, and community building between residents and police.
