Omar Sehgal is a highly skilled engineering leader with a passion for solving complex problems using simple approaches. Sehgal studied computer science at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he obtained a Bachelor's degree before joining top companies such as Coupa Software, Intel, and Presenter, Inc.

At Coupa Software, Sehgal served in different leadership positions such as Director of Engineering, Senior Manager Software Engineering, Software Development Manager, and Software Engineer. Before that, he co-founded and developed peer2pal and NavBlue Aviation, LLC where he gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship. His technical background includes software development, engineering, and production.

Sehgal is a strategic and analytical thinker who excels in solving puzzles and turning products into successful ventures. He always aligns engineering with product development and enjoys working at the intersection of both. He obtained his BS in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
