Ruben Missinne is a seasoned professional with expertise in Information Management, Performance Watch, and Digital Transformation within Colruyt Group. With a strong background in Strategy, Performance Management, Business Process Management, and Business Economics, he has gained significant knowledge in these domains of expertise. He is a certified TOGAF and Business Process Management expert, and he studied Organizational Performance Management and Strategy at Antwerp Management School. Ruben is currently responsible for the BA&I department and leads the CiTTa program to deliver the necessary changes to IM. He has a direct reporting line to the CEO and works across the organization to improve processes and optimize business performance.
