Diego Ruis-Marin is a rising star in the technology and startup scene, currently taking a gap year from Stanford University to work with Perch, an innovative MIT startup that aims to revolutionize the way gym-goers quantify their movements. As a senior majoring in Science, Technology, and Society (STS) with a concentration in Innovation & Organization, Diego's passion for technology has been demonstrated through his extensive experience interning across business development, operations, and strategy for industry leaders in payment processing and internet networking.

Recognized for his ethical leadership in technology ventures by the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), Diego has served as a PEAK Fellow at the prestigious entrepreneurship center while also supporting founders and CEOs as a Venture Fellow at Republic and as an Accelerator Associate at StartX, Stanford's premier startup accelerator. Through his work at Stanford SEED, an initiative led by the Graduate School of Business, Diego has developed a passion for supporting entrepreneurs building social enterprises in India. Additionally, he served as the Vice President of Account Management at Stanford Marketing while also holding roles as a consultant for Stanford Science Consulting Group and BlackRock, and as a consulting project analyst for Nike.
