Alex Kaplan is a seasoned finance professional with expertise in structured finance, treasury management, and capital markets. With a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Kaplan has held several key positions in various organizations, including his current role as Senior Director and Head of Capital Markets at Mosaic.

Kaplan forged his career working in venture-backed start-ups and corporate environments. Prior to his role at Mosaic, he served as Manager of Strategic Finance at Pocket Gems and Associate Director of Structured Finance and Strategy Group at SolarCity. Kaplan has also worked as a Legislative Intern at the US House of Representatives and a Summer Associate in the Corporate Strategy Group at The Walt Disney Company.

As Head of Capital Markets at Mosaic, Kaplan oversees the company's funding strategy and manages external relationships with investors and lenders.
