Danute Carneiro is a Partner-Director at Gardz & GNext, a boutique consulting firm that specializes in identifying and attracting highly qualified executives. Danute has extensive experience in recruitment, assessment, and career counseling. Her career in the industry started at Spencer Stuart, where she spent almost a decade serving as Senior Associate and co-leading the Assessment practice responsible for market research and operational excellence initiatives. In 2005, she became the Managing Partner of GNext Talent Search, where she delivered exceptional services to the clients for nearly a decade. Later, in 2012, Danute became the Founding Partner of Gardz Executive Search, which she later merged with GNext in 2016 to create Gardz & GNext - Search - Assessment - Coaching.

Danute holds a Bacharelado em Direito and has completed two semesters of Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - Especialização, Administração de Empresas, at Universidade do Grande ABC and FIA Business School, respectively.
